Something else moves: For non-pregnant women, things that move in the tummy may be the intestines. The bladder and the uterus are made of muscle, but their contractions are usually some cramps or tightening. A primary care doctor can examine and talk with the patient to see what exactly the movement feels like. It may be an illness or disorder, or it may even be normal. An ultrasound scan and an ob/gyn visit can help.

Confusing post: The movement you sense in your stomach is likely gas and or the squeezing that is part of digestive processing in the stomach. You don't feel a baby until you are starting to show as pregnant & menses has long stopped. "Feel sick" is a vague description that provides little information as to what you may be experiencing. You are welcome to start over & clarify your issues.
