Call your OB: You prob need a different med and may need to be referred to a GI specialist for evaluation to r/o other causes.

Prevacid (lansoprazole) solutab: My wife had severe gerd during both pregnancies and felt Prevacid (lansoprazole) solutabs worked great both times. You should also consult with your doctor.
