Calcifications: Can occur anywhere in the body, and the male genitals are no exception. Scrotal calculi are freely mobile calcified bodies lying between the layers of the tunica vaginalis. The cause is unclear: injury, inflammation, & infarction are possibilities. Masses in the spermatic cord can calcify, and phleboliths are stones in the veins of the body. If it is painful, or changing in size, get it evaluated.
