May have an infectio: Infection of vagina , cervix or uterus or other causes , you need an exam, cultures , blood work and an ultrasound by your gyn.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may try over the counter treatments for fungal infection of the vagina. If that does not help, it would be prudent to see your gynecologist.
