Yes, but not likely: It would be extremely unlikely for you to get pregnant after having both these procedures. While tubal ligation is not 100% effective it is close. The further out you are from having the tubal ligation, the lower the risk of pregnancy. And uterine ablation - while not a method of contraception - does make the uterus a more hostile environment for pregnancy to occur.

Doubtful, but check: While tubal ligation is not always 100% effective, combined with an endometrial ablation, it would be unlikely for you to get pregnant. That being said, otc urine pregnancy tests are inexpensive and very accurate, so check one. If you are pregnant, please see your obgyn immediately.
