Deodorant?: You may be reacting to your deodorant. Try going without for a few days. If that works, you'll need to change your deodorant.

See derm: You can certainly start by using drying topical like corn starch and a little hydrocortisone to see if the rash is just irritation. But if not improving important to see your dermatologist as it may be fungal or bacterial.
