Can prenatal vitamins affect the pill?

No: Taking a prenatal vitamin concurrently with an oral contraceptive will not decrease efficacy of the birth control pill. In fact, it is often recommended that women take prenatal vitamins during their child-bearing years, despite birth control measures, because of their significant benefits and relatively low risks.
