Heard h1n1 is back in the us. why?

Never left: H1n1 influenza has been present in the us since the pandemic several years ago. This year it is only accounting for a few percent of the cases of influenza tested by the cdc. H3n2 and influenza b have accounted for most of the cases so far this year.
