Answer from doctors: These are complex conditions that are best evaluated by a specialist obgyn or a reproductive endocrinologist. Having information such as dates of any spotting, pain, breast changes might help him or her. Calling for an appointment with the doctor who diagnosed the miscarriage or obtained the prolactin level would be the first step to learning what is happening in the uterus, breast and body.

Prolactin: This level sounds pretty high 4 months out. Check an MRI of the brain and pituitary to be sure there's no tumor causing high prolactin and possibly affecting other pituitary hormones.

High Prolactin: That is not a normal prolactin level. Please see your doctor and discuss treatment options for a pituitary tumor called a prolactinoma/ pituitary microadenoma. There is an effective medication called bromocriptine if the diagnosis is confirmed.
