Does skinception work for rosacea? it gets good reviews, but difficult to know if this is just marketing

Skinception/Rosacea: The most important thing to know about a product is if it works. Skinception rosacea relief serum has been clinically tested and with 82% of rosacea sufferers who claims they have used the product, said it decreased their skin flare-up. Positive results noticed within 4 weeks to 90 days of use and with regular use, results were seen in 6-8 weeks. The problem is there is no science just claims.

Skeptical: While it may help to improve certain individual's rosacea symptoms, I have a hard time believing the claims and am skeptical about its overall effectiveness.
