Not really, but...: In each period of life, one can have troubles dealing with the challenges during that period. A primary care doctor can help with such problems. A person can also talk with non-medical people, such as family relatives, friends, clergy, counselors, etc... When such problems happen during the middle of life (age 40-50 years), it can be called a midlife crisis.
