Depends : Fertility requires open and functional tubes, ovarian and brain hormonal coordination and normal sperm function. This all has to happen over the course of roughly 4-6 days per monthly cycle and must of course correspond with sex. I need to know more to fully answer your question. At 33 your fertility should still be strong. I do not know what you mean by "minimal tubes, " however.
