I like it better: For my patients and my patients like it better, ever since they lowered the dose of vagifem , it does not work as well.

Depends : Estrace (estradiol) is better for exterior vulvar and entrance atrophy and therefore better for intercourse discomfort. It is probably equal to vagifem for vaginal estrogenization.
