Not really: Neurocardiogenic syncope in young people is pretty common and there are different triggers that lead to the faint in people, but the trigger is often the same for a particular person. A large study was done comparing lifestyle change training vs this training +tilt training: no real difference in outcome. Also tilt training takes a lot of discipline and is not easy. Helps: Can be used to diagnose and also help, with appropriate exercises and limitations and lack of sudden movements from laying or sitting to standing. But certain medications may help also. Appropriate to see a cardiologist or neurologist for further testing to be complete.
