During ovulation: A woman of productive age typically ovulates (drops the eggs) 14 days before her menstrual flow. So, if you are regular with period of, say 28 days, and your flow lasts 5 days, then you are most fertile around 8-10 days after finishing with your period. If counting backward, use 14 days before your flow as likely day of ovulation--increase relations 1-2 days before and after! good luck.
