Could be many things: When this happens to my young and otherwise healthy patients, i first start with telling them to get good sleep, have a good breakfast, avoid excess alcohol, and work in at least 20 minutes of aerobic activity daily. If any other symptoms are happening like numbness, pain traveling from the back, or not getting better after a week or two, they should check in with their doctor.
