are breast creams good or bad. (ones to make breast grow) why or why not?

Risk, no benefit: Breast creams are not effective as they can't increase the amount of breast tissue. The biggest risk is to your pocketbook, though they also may have a hormone component or other medications or chemicals that could be absorbed through the skin and cause side effects.
