what can i do to relieve a sudden itch in my throat that won't seem to go away?

Itching Throat: I would first make sure you are able to swallow and are very well hydrated. Then i would ask numerous questions to see if other symptoms are also present and the history of how the itch started. You may just need a good anti-histamine. But, if there are other symptoms present a good health care provider can help you for this out.
