How can i relieve the pain associated with a bee sting?

Cold compress: You should try to remove the stinger, as it can cause a foreign body reaction if left in. Cold compresses can help with acute pain in uncomplicated and large local reactions. If you have a large local reaction (redness and swelling enlarging over 1 to 2 days) you could take nsaids for the pain as well.
