Hereditary Neuropath: As your peripheral nerve are affected from your neuropathy usually the furthest muscles from your spine are affected first. Rehab and more rehab and safety programs for balance and neuromuscular reconditioning are paramount to avoid complications such as falls. Pls d/w your neurologist.

No: Usually, the initial symptom is foot drop early in the course of the disease. This can also cause claw toe, where the toes are always curled. Weakness in the hands and forearms occurs in many people later in life as the disease progresses. Pain from the disease could make you feel that you have no energy.Depression could also make you feel that you have no energy. Please see your doctor.
