Many: Most of the eyedrops to get rid of ordinary eye redness from dryness, fatigue, lengthy time without sleep, etc. Are available in bottles labeled "gets the red out". These are useful for short term needs like prior to a photo. But they are not curative of the cause for the redness and will increase the redness if used chronically.
