A member asked:

Is it possible to get addicted to librax (clinidium and chlordiazepoxide)?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Quite Possible: Librax (clinidium and chlordiazepoxide) is a combination drug consisting of clidinium bromide and Chlordiazepoxide often used to treat peptic ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome and gastritis. It can also relieve stomach spasms, abdominal cramps and anxiety caused by gastric disorders. Since the Chlordiazepoxide component belongs the benzodiazepine family, there is always the chance of addiction.
