At what age do people start to lose their teeth?

Depends... : Children at 5 or 6 years of age ... If you are referring to adults due to cavities, it can start amazingly early. Sadly without proper dental care loss of adult teeth can happen rapidly.

???: Not sure what you are asking. If you are talking about children, usually at about age 7, they lose the front baby teeth as the adult teeth start to erupt. Additionally, more baby teeth are lost over a period of years until about age 13 when all adult permanent teeth shoulld be in. If you are asking about adults, technically, they should never lose their teeth if healthy.
