Nope!: Fetal gender can be gleaned by expert sonogram by 10-14 weeks and clearly visualized thereafter, but even earlier secure diagnosis can is now possible by newer non-invasive prenatal genetic testing options (cell-free fetal dna in maternal circulation e.g. Maternit21). The range of the fetal heart rate cannot help answer the question in the absence of the above tests.
