Bigger problems: Don't worry about sinus mucocele, bigger problems hunger, poverty, preventable diseases etc are big problems that will kill people, benign sinus mucocele is not going to kill, and worry about 40 million americans has no health insurance..

Saline rinses: Can help. Use only if you have a source of pure water. Some sinus specialists try irrigation with a small amount of shampoo or dish detergent added to the water. Soap helps break up the slimey glue known as biofilms in which the bacteria in your sinuses live & hide. Mucocele is a challenging problem even in 1st world countries. Antibiotics are not very effective against slow-growing bacteria.
