Xenical: Xenical is a medication which stops the breakdown of fats in your digestive system, making them pass through your system without being absorbed. It can assist with weight control, especially when a diet is rich in fats, but does not work on carbohydrates (sugars, bread, etc.). Its use is not affected with menstrual function .
