How to cure swollen feet?

You can start: With elevation while at rest, compression socks while standing (assuming no contraindication like a clot or osmething. Next, you need to try and find out why they are swollen or at least rule out some possible reasons. Sometimes it can be a side effect of a medication, a problem with your heart or kidney so these must be ruled out. Swelling is not always a benign symptom.

See your doctor: Swollen feet may be caused by several conditions, such as, heart disease, varicose veins, poor circulation, etc. Have a thorough exam. Swelling may be reduced by keeping your legs elevated, support stockings, and medications. Discuss the treatment options with your doctor.

Elevate and compress: You need to find out the cause of the swelling. Is it varicose veins, cardiovascular disease, arthritis. There are lots of reasons. But to start, elevating the legs is recommended, and no standing in one place too long

VENOUS INSUFFICIENCY: You are young to have swollen feet. How is your general health? If good, it could be an insufficiency of your veins, which pump fluid back up the body. But, you are young for that also. Is it painful? How long? Occurred suddenly or gradually? Getting better/worse? Does anything help make it better? Answers to these questions would aid my diagnosis.
