Check a blood PG: Test to make sure u are not pg, often times your hormones could be not working properly, you should see your gyn and he or she can do an exam and ultrasound and blood work to make sure nothing strange is going on.

Pregnancy test: If you had sex since your last period and missed the period by 4-5 day do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. You may get a blood test for HCG level that would settle the issue better.
