See a urologist.: These findings usually do not present together, except in cases of a urinary tract infection that has spread to the epididymus and testicles. There is often pain and fever. Blood in the urine must be evaluated. A urologist can get a history, perform an exam, and test your urine, and from there order appropriate imaging tests or possibly a cystoscopy.
