Low testosterone: Males with klinefelter's syndrome have an extra x chromosome. As a result, they make less testosterone, resulting in infertility, less facial hair, and submaximal muscle development. There may be difficulties with language, communication and fine and gross motor skills. Early intervention and extra academic services as well as testosterone replacement prevent or lessen many of these symptoms.
