ORGASMIC SYNCOPE RAR: It is indded rare but it happens due to vaso vagal reaction whenpart of nervous system that regulates heart rate&bllodpressureis triggered by a sudden event.There can be many reasons for that .During coitus your heart rate and BP goes up and when you have orgasm both suddenly fall and that can lead to vaso vagal reaction and cause you to pass out for few second and it is not serious.
