Treat the cause/meds: Treatment is treat the cause if u can, thats the treatment, if there is no cause found than theatment is difficult, some recommend niacin, but there is no evidence to support it.Gabapentin has been triedin high doses reduces the annoyance level of tinnitus, but did not decrease the volume of noise.Campral was studied in brazil which showed 87%relief of symptoms.Studies are ongoing in us.
