For what?: There are many nutritious foods. Some of them have been touted lately as being "super foods" for a variety of reasons, and some of those are herbs. The truth is, lots of different foods are very high in nutrients, and thus have been labelled "super." i think most whole, organic fruits and vegetables are likely to fall on someone's "super" list.
