Probably: See your cardiologist to sort out the cause for the irregularity. You most likely have a problem which does not preclude having a normal pregnancy. Ob's are familiar with these conditions as well.

From what ?: There is sinus arrhythmia (irregularity) which is a normal condition. There are others that have little clinical significance. There can also be irregularity due to serious congenital or acquired heart disease. Without the reason behind the label a specific answer cannot be provided. This is something you should ask the OBGYN you work with. At least they would understand your present condition.
