Yes, may rheumatolog: Most rheumatolgoists will treat this well. I have at least 200 children in my practice with jia - juvenile idiopathic arthritis. Jra is no longer used, since the newer tests have shown that the vast majority do not have ra. Pauciarticular jia has a number of treatment options. There are very few pediatric rheumatologists, but if one is available, their staff is probably better equiped for kids.
