A member asked:

Can i naturally change my menstrual cycle?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: You may read that you can take black cohosh, but it is not proven effective and imo, any substance that you take to effect a change in your body is a drug. So, that leaves pregnancy, breast feeding as the only natural ways to stop it. Best bet is some form of birth control pill/ring/mirena. If you are due to have a period on your wedding day, your doctor would like at least 2 months heads up!
