Vertigo: The inner ear send signals to the brain with regards to motion or rotation. Either the inner ear is sending signals erroneously or the nerve that travels from there to the brain is inflamed or irritated. Most of the time symptoms will resolve. If you are not getting any better then see your dr. As there are other causes.
