Potentially yes.: If your ovary is functional and producing the necessary hormones and your other reproductive organs (most notably your uterus) are able to support a pregnancy, then you can get pregnant with only one small ovary. That being said, a small ovary can be the result of a medical/hormonal problem that may prevent pregnancy. It's tough to tell definitively without further testing.
