What type of medicine should you use if u are anemic?

Depends why: There are lots of reasons for anemia and the treatment depends on the cause of your anemia. For women, blood loss from menstrual periods and resultant iron deficiency are common. Prenatal vitamins have a little iron, or there are treatments for excessively heavy periods. You don't want to take excessive iron as this can also be problematic.

Depends on cause: In menstruating women iron deficiency is a common cause and it can be treated by taking oral iron an multivitamin supplements. In a man it warrants an investigation to rule out internal bleeding. In either case it is a good idea to consult your doctor.
