Check for pregnancy: If you are sexually active & not using an effective contraception, you first need to see if pregnant, since a missed ectopic is very serious. If not pregnant and no pain, then i wouldn't worry too much. Almost all women will have occasional irregularity--due to numerous reasons. If bleeding persists for more than 2 months see md. Thyroid disease and other problems may need to be ruled out.
