Difficult to say: I believe they're talking about 19 days after suspected ovulation. When menstrual cycles are irregular it is difficult to know when ovulation occurs. Sperm can potentially live 24 to 72 hours after intercourse and if ovulation occurs anytime within that, then fertilization and conception may possibly occur.
