during menstrual cycle.& pregnancy (white/ milky). It can be thin or thick & white to yellowish. Leukorrhea usually doesn't cause an odor. If you have an odor which causes redness, itching, burning, swelling or foul odor – please have it evaluated.

Generally Not: Trichomoniasis involves infection with the bug t. Vaginalis. The discharge is usually thin, greenish and likely foamy or frothy. A thick white discharge is more likely a vaginal yeast infection.
