Most but not all: In the U.S. It's mostly due to aids. However, ks can occur in hiv-negative people. "endemic ks" occurs in young african men who don't have hiv, and "classic" ks affects middle age men of mediterranean or jewish descent. Ks can also occur in people who are immunosuppressed due to chemotherapy or organ transplantation.
