Depends: For the most part, people with heart conditions shouldnt take stimulant 'fat burners', people with gastrointestinal issues shouldnt take orlistat 'fat blocker'. Nobody should take herbal weight supplements. They are unregulated and many are dangerous.

Fat burner/blockers: Fat burners may leave you w/the runs. Please see your doctor first. Ask him/her about the ketogenic diet and if it is ok for you. In that plan you eat high good fat such as coconut oil, olive oil, avadado and go low on carbs. Your body will shift to burning fat for fuel rather than sugar. Peace and good health.
