Eat less, get active: You will have to cut back on calories and/or increase activity. Track your daily caloric intake and exercise amounts. Determine what a healthy caloric intake is based on your current height, weight, and activity level as well as your target weight. Programs such as www.Choosemyplate.Gov and www.Sparkpeople.Com have great tracking mechanisms and nutritional values. Stick with it!
