Easier to plan: Regular periods are good presumptive evidence of ovulation. This makes it easier to know your fertile days. 14 days before your menstrual cycle should be when you ovulate. Use this info to predict ovulation with your next cycle, look for watery clear mucous, or if unsure, get an lh kit to confirm ovulation. Good luck.
