Whats the treatment for vertigo?

Depends: Treatment of vertigo depends on the cause of it. Follow up with pcp for appropriate diagnosis. Medications such as Meclizine are good for acute symptoms. Early ambulation improves rate of recovery. Try rehabilitation exercises such as epley maneuver.
