Gyn care is needed: Unless the woman is on her menstrual period during this foreplay, it sounds like whatever is being done could be painful and dangerous. Non-injurious foreplay should not involve bleeding or pain. If there has been a vaginal or other injury, it could bleed. The woman probably needs a gynecological exam, as well as some kindness and compassion.
