Ocd: Ocd is an anxiety disorder characterized by obsessive or ruminative thoughts. Repetitious or ritualistic behaviors may also be present. The person may be very rigid in thinking. May get into number counting.

O and C: The o stands for obessions which are repetitive intrusive thoughts that cause anxiety. The c are compulsions whicj are behavioural attempts to reduce anxiety. If these developed strongly and are interfering in your life-it could be ocd.

OCD: Is an anxiety disorder characterized by intrusive thoughts that cause apprehension/fear/worry, and repetitive behaviors in attempt to reduce tension & anxiety. Examples are excess washing, cleaning, checking, hoarding, etc. Symptoms are time-consuming & cause more distress.
