Lots of reasons: Stress, loss of hormones, relationship issues, infections, poor technique and many other possibilities can cause the quality of your orgasms to decline. Start with a physical exam and lab tests form your doctor. If everything is ok, then get help from a sex therapist. Even very elderly people can have great orgasms!

Hormones : Hormones more than likely. A woman's testosterone level is half at 40 what it was at 20. Add some back and it may fully restore and even be better.
